We made changes to our POS (payment processing system) on Sept 1, 2025. During the dates of Sept 1- Sept 7, our loyalty (rewards) program was paused. This break was posted on our social media multiple times prior to it occurring, and we had signs posted in the every location. While we are very glad that you love our rewards program, we will not be retroactively awarding points for the week we were without a system.

If you have visited the store and are told that you need to to open a new loyalty account when you already had one previously, this is due to the fact that your point balance was at zero when the conversion of systems was made.

We did our best to communicate throughout this transition- it was a learning curve for us too, but know that there are always ways we could have done it better.

We continue to appreciate your support and kindness to our team.

We made changes to our POS (payment processing system) on Sept 1, 2025. During the dates of Sept 1- Sept 7, we were unable to accept or sell gift cards during these dates. This break was posted on our social media multiple times prior to it occurring, and we had signs posted in the every location.

All gift cards and their balances from our previous POS provider (square) have been uploaded to our new provider. The cards will process as they did previously. You can purchase physical gift cards in store as well as through the e-gift section of our website.

We did our best to communicate throughout this transition- it was a learning curve for us too, but know that there are always ways we could have done it better.

Our plan is simple:

1) Sign Up for our Loyalty Program

2) When you visit our stores, simply give the barista your loyalty (phone) number when you pay to receive your reward points.

-Points can be checked by entering your loyalty (phone) number here

3) To redeem your reward, let the barista know that you would like to ‘pay with points’ BEFORE you give them any other form of payment and they can apply any active rewards at time this time.

-We cannot apply rewards after you have paid with cash.

-Rewards are unable to be retroactively applied more then 14 days after purchase.

-Rewards expire in 6 months.

All of our gift cards are able to be used at any of our locations

1)To check your balance on a gift card you already have, click here .

2) To purchase an e-gift card, please click here , or visit the e-gift tab on this website.

3) Physical gift cards are only able to be purchased in one of our physical locations.

4) Our gift cards are unable to be used towards purchases on our our website (sorry they are two different systems and don’t talk to each other). Ask your local store if there’s something online you’d like to be able to purchase in store.


Other Info:

-You will not earn points when you purchase a gift card, but you can earn points when you redeem one

-You will not earn points in store (not online) on retail items ie mugs, shirts etc. You can earn points in store (not online) on 12oz retail coffee beans

-Keep an eye on our social media pages as we announce special offers for points

-We are not responsible for unclaimed points at time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform baristas of loyalty number to claim points at time of purchase

-While this doesn’t happen often, we may make changes to the terms and tiers of our loyalty program
